1. Prompt adjustment of the tape width from 12mm till 88mm with no need of changing any tooling.
2. Independently controlled seal pressure and temperature for each side of the cover tape for the best possible seal.
3. Free choice between continuous and intermittent operations.
4. The rails have ultimate endurance and the anode-hardening. Processing can prolong the machinery’s life cycle.
5. The continuous heat-press design can accelerate the taping speed and stabilize seal pressure.
6. By using modular design and PLC programmable control.
7. Low electricity-consumption design to only consume average 80W under continuous operations.
